Here is the general process for using my consulting service

1. I email you a free quote (# of hours, description of what I will do) - this is a firm bid. Some projects take me under one hour to several hours, while the bigger projects take me several days, weeks or in the case of SMM, they can be ongoing.

2. You email me a written consent to go forward, with the understanding that the number of hours I quoted will not be exceeded.

3. As a retainer on certain projects, partial or full payment may be required in advance. In most cases you pay a partial payment in advance to my paypal account and I begin work as soon as I receive this partial payment. Normally, I require a 40-50% advance payment depending upon the amount of work to be performed, with the balance due upon delivery.

4. I complete the project, send you viewing access to the file(s) on my server, along with the invoice, and payment is due upon receipt. After reviewing my work, if you require any tweaking on the files, I will do that IMMEDIATELY and then release the file(s) to you (or upload them to your server) upon receipt of the final payment.

I know each person or company is unique so everyone needs something different but I will provide you an estimate to help you start thinking of what I can do for you. The starting price for my custom services starts at $100 per hour on either an hourly basis or retainer for larger projects. I do need to charge more for larger businesses as your business profile is larger it does require more time being social with your fans, followers, customers and reading their messages.

However, I have packaged my custom services with fixed rates for your convenience in ordering and to save you production costs. The packages may be purchased via PayPal, Western Union, check or cash if you live in the NYC metro area.

The fixed rates packages include time to discuss the issue with you, execute the work involved, and follow-up to make sure things are working to your complete satisfaction.

My guarantee to you is that if I accept your business and cannot solve your problem, you are not charged and any advances are immediately returned to you.

If for any reason you decide not to complete a project, any fees advanced to me constitute a "kill fee" and will be retained. I do not work on spec.
